| Standing at 5'11", Elena Santarelli is one of fashion industry's promising young models. Born in Lazio, Italy on August 18, 1981, Elena have always dreamed of becoming a model. She eventually got her wish when she won the Elite Model Look Competition in 1999. As a prize, Elena was signed up with a modeling contract with Elite, the very same agency that launched the careers of Stephanie Seymour and Cindy Crawford. Soon after signing with Elite, Elena began receiving various modeling projects. She became a staple sight in the catwalk and in many campaigns. With an excellent agency backing her up, Elena scored campaigns from some of fashion world's most respected brand names like Laura Biagotti, Emporio Armani, and Gai Mattiolo. Elena's popularity in the fashion arena resulted in TV appearances and a movie. She became part of a reality show called "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here," where she showcased her survival skills. Shea also starred alongside Jerry Cala in a movie entitled "Vita Smeralda." |
