Joss Stone bio
Joss Stone ( born April 11, 1987) is a popular English blues singer and songwriter. She is from Kent, England and growing up listening to various music like soul and RnB music developed her love for and talent in singing. Artists like Aretha Franklin and Dusty Springfield influenced her to create her own soul music and write songs. When she finally decided to go to New York, her career as a musician and an occasional actress flourished. Joss Stone has released three albums namely "The Soul Sessions", "Mind, Body, and Soul", and Introducing Joss Stone. The singles that she released from her three albums became really popular in UK, in the U.S. and in other parts of the world. Among her songs that became a hit were Super Duper Love and Don't Cha Wanna Ride. She has sold roughly 10 million copies of her album worldwide and received Brit and Grammy Awards.
